Directions of improvement of anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine in the context of foreign experience in the definition of corruption phenomena

Abstract
The article describes the main approaches to the definition of the concepts and signs of corruption, enshrined in international legal acts, as well as legislation of some countries the world that has achieved significant results in the fight against this type of criminal acts. The possibility of further application of the corresponding politological methods and legislative constructions in Ukrainian realities.
