Directions of improvement of the state policy in the field of safety of road transport.

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific opinions of scientists, the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the most priority directions of improvement of the state policy in the field of safety in road transport are determined. It is stated that despite the loud saloghane of the wizards, the state’s policy in the field of road transport safety is inconsistent and in effect not effective, which is clearly confirmed by official statistics.
