DIRECTIONS OF STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF MOTIVATION SYSTEM

Abstract
The paper considers the components of the system of motivation and stimulation, their role in improving the efficiency of the educational institution as a whole, compares the features in state and non-state educational institutions, determines the directions of improving the functioning of the system. Problems of motivation and stimulation as a factor of increase of professional competence and career growth of the personnel of educational institutions remain poorly investigated.
