DISABILITY OF AGE OF PREVENTION OF PENALTY AGAINST OBSERVATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to research questions of underaged`s transfer under supervision, who are released from punishment with supervision of parents of peplacing person, or under supervision of teaching staff or labor collective with his consent, and individual citizens upon request. Also the article analyzing regulatory legal acts that regulate transfer of underaged under supervision, make proposal to improve exiting penal laws of Ukraine.
