THE CONCEPT AND THE MEANING OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE IN THE ECONOMIC PROCEDURAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the concept and meaning of judicial practice in the economic proce- dural law. A comparative analysis of such concepts as «judicial practice» and «judicial precedent» has been carried out and their features have been revealed. It is substantiated that the gradual integration of legislation abolishes the boundaries between the Сommon and Continental law legal systems. It was noted that in the conditions of work of the new Supreme Court of Ukraine and changes in procedural legislation, it seems expedient to legalize court practice as a source of economic procedural law, with the regulation of powers and the limits of their implementation by the judicial authorities.
