DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBILITY OF JUDGES IN TERMS OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON JUDICIARY AND STATUS OF JUDGES”

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the current Law of Ukraine “On Judiciary and Status of Judges” in part of the disciplinary liability of judges. The article considers grounds for bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility, provides judicial statistics on bringing judges to justice since the entry into force of the new law. The issue of organizing the work of the Supreme Council of Justice regarding the bringing of judges to disciplinary responsibility is also considered.
