ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ADJUSTING OF THE PROCESS OF INTER-CONFESSIONAL UNION AT THE LEVEL OF EUROPEAN UNION LAW IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
The peculiarities of the influence of the religious confession of the European religious space on the further integration processes was disclosed. It was proved the reasons for settling the problem of interfaith union at the EU level. The way sand means of solving the problem of interfaith union in the context of European integration processes were discovered. It was also made the analysis of legal acts of the EU for the purpose of settling the interconfessional association.
