DISCRIMINATION AS OBJECT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL STUDIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the discussion of the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of discrimination in the context of constitutional and legal regulation. In particular, the phenomenon of discrimination in its connection with public-law relations and actual directions of studies of the theory of constitutional law is considered. The main elements of the constitutional and legal regulation in the field of ensuring the equality of all people in the realization of their rights and freedoms, the sides of legal relations in the field of discrimination are characterized. The methodological tools of constitutional and legal research of discrimination are considered.
