Дискогенная боль в нижней части спины: интервенционное лечение

Abstract
Боль в нижней части спины (БНС) – одна из наиболее частых причин нетрудоспособности взрослого населения. Значительное место в её генезе занимает дегенеративно-дистрофическое поражение межпозвонковых дисков. Статья освещает классификацию и механизм происхождения дискогенной боли. Описываются различ ные варианты интервенционного лечения данной патологии: показания, особенности проведения манипуляций и терапевтического воздействия, эффективность и возможные осложнения процедур.
