DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF THE IMMERSION METHOD OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES TO COURSE STUDENTS

Abstract
The article hails the model of the immersion method designed for teaching foreign languages to adult course students as an independent system. The authour carries out an analysis comparing and contrasting the immersion method and its counterparts. A special focus is concentrated on some aspects of the immerser©. The paper describes techniques, tools and aids of the immersion method and outlines some areas of further research.
