Distribution of products under synergistic management concepts and institutional partnerships

Abstract

In the article the problem of distribution of products in terms of application of synergistically-institutional management concepts partnerships. In particular, highlighted the main principles, content and trends in the use of partnerships in distribution channels; discussed the selection criteria of integration and coordination of relations between the parties to distribution channels; sformuvano morphological matrix distribution of impact forces members on the choice of distribution channel management strategy partnerships.
