Abstract
The features of modern improvements in clearing and the payment activities in the conditions of reforming the depository ensuring the securities market of Ukraine: changes in legal and regulatory framework based on international experience, the practical aspect of the transformation of the organizational and institutional framework for clearing and settlement in the domestic stock market, given parameters of functioning of the updated clearing center.
