Features of creation of methods of valuation of real property for tax purposes

Abstract
In the article the current state of the valuation of real property is analyzed. It is also problematic issues of transition of the system of taxation of real estate on a market basis are considered. Scientific approach to the creation of methodology for assessing the market value of real property is proposed.
