DIVERSIFICATION OF THE MARKET OF NATURAL GAS OF THE EU AND UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSNATIONALIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Abstract
The article defines contemporary determinants of transnationalization of international business. Factors influencing the transnationalization of production and marketing networks in the energy market, in particular in the natural gas market, were studied. The consequences of transfer price using in Ukraine, in particular in the natural gas market, are estimated. The experience of the EU countries in diversifying the natural gas market has been studied. Specific measures to improve the situation on the Ukrainian gas market are proposed.
