T. Bilousko, R. Bilousko. Diversification of agrarian enterprises entrepreneurial activity in ensuring their competitiveness. The purpose of the article. The purpose of the article is to research the essence of the category "diversification of enterprise activity", to determine its impact on the formation of enterprise competitiveness and to substantiate the perspective directions of diversification processes at agrarian enterprises in modern economic conditions. Research methods. In the study of the entrepreneurial activity diversification as a factor of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise, the basic methods of scientific research were used. The development of the enterprises activities diversification in the agrarian sector is due to the following reasons: the need to survive at unstable market economy and crisis conditions, due to the increase of types of entrepreneurial activities that can create a synergistic effect that will ensure the economic stability of the enterprise; an opportunity to increase employment and increase the number of jobs in the agrarian sector, which, in turn, will enable the obtaining of stable family income in the conditions of seasonality and traditional agricultural work; full use of resources. The diversification of entrepreneurial activity provides the company with competitive advantages, namely: resource competitive advantages (related to price characteristics aimed at increasing the consumer's effect), technological competitive advantages (availability and exploitation of mass production technologies), innovative competitive advantages (advantages , regarding the renewal and expansion of the range), partner competitive advantages (formation of social and economic standards of economic activity and their realization this). Scope of results. One of the enterprise competitiveness increasing factors is the diversification of its business activities. Diversification will help ensure the company an effective impact on the market, will be able to choose a clear strategy for its development, avoid or minimize risks. Diversification of activities is the basis for the strategic development of the agro-industrial complex as a whole, which allows the most complete and rational use of its resources and production potential, to expand the range and increase production volumes. Thus, the successful diversification of its activities will enable long-term competitive development to be achieved.
