DLL4-Notch信号传递系统的研究进展

Abstract

DLL4-Notch信号传递在人体组织的发育过程和细胞间通讯中发挥关键作用,其中包括调控细胞命运,调节细胞迁移、分化和增殖。最近的研究已经证实,在多种肿瘤细胞系中存在Notch基因的异常表达,且DLL4-Notch信号与肿瘤细胞的生长调控密切相关,因此该信号通路成为肿瘤诊断与治疗的新靶点。简要介绍DLL4-Notch信号传递系统的组成,以及国外关于DLL4-Notch信号传递途径在抗肿瘤、调节血管生成与调节淋巴网络形成等方面最新的研究进展。
