Dobra reputacja warunkiem właściwego wykonywania zawodu przewoźnika drogowego

Abstract
This paper discusses aspects of good reputation of professional road carriers and managers of transport companies. It is one of conditions to fulfill for enterprise to obtain permission and properly perform economic activity of passenger or goods road transport. Uniform rules defining access to market of road carrier for all EU member states have been presented. Condition of good reputation of professional road carrier or manager of transport company is satisfied if there is no serious charge against them, like sentence or sanction for offence that may have consequence of administrative proceeding withdrawing good reputation status. Maintaining good reputation is required for continuous performing profession of road carrier.
