Dobre i złe praktyki w organizacji publicznego transportu w regionie

Abstract
Uchwalenie ustawy o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym spowodowało istotne zmiany w funkcjonowaniu rynku pozamiejskich przewozów pasażerskich. W artykule omówiono wady i zalety obowiązujących regulacji oraz koncepcję zaspokajania potrzeb przewozowych w województwie zachodniopomorskim. Na tej podstawie sformułowano wnioski dotyczące doskonalenia systemu transportowego w regionie.
