Abstract
22 Januar 2013 nahm Ministerrat den Beschluss in Sache der Strategie der Verkehrsentwicklung bis 2020 an. Dieses Dokument legt die wichtigsten Handelsrichtungen und ihre Koordination im Bereich seines Funktionierens fest. Einführung der Strategie erlaubt nicht nur auf Beseitigung der jetzt existierenden Beschränkungen, sondern auch auf Schaffung neuer Qualität in Verkehrsinfrastruktur, Verwaltung und Transportsysteme. Die zweite Teil des Artikels beinhaltet eine synthetische Darstellung der Diagnose des polnischen Verkehrssystem und der Prognose von Nachfrage nach dem Transport.
