DOCTRIAL APPROACHES TO THE METHODOLOGY OF DETERMINING THE EFFICIENCY OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW NORMS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of determining theoretical and methodological aspects of the research of the effectiveness of constitutional law norms as a general theoretical and practical-applied category. The author analyzes the most important methodological approaches to the content of the category «effectiveness of constitutional law norms» in the current conditions of social and legal development. The methodological peculiarities of European constitutionalism and the interpretation of an effective constitutional law norm in the dialectical relationship with the modernization of other structural elements of the legal system of a developed society, which is considered as the fundamental basis for the development and adoption of qualitative and effective normative legal acts by the relevant competent bodies of constitutional law-making.
