DOCUMENTARY COMMUNICATION IN SYSTEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article discusses the influence of documentary communication system of information management. Based on the analysis of shared electronic documents, electronic library collections, databases of industrial enterprises are carried out proposals to improve the activities of organizational and technical systems that enable the creation, management and distribution of electronic documents in documentary communications. Features of modern records keeping are, above all, a wide use of computer systems to process and print documents, to comply with the requirements of state standards in this area, the introduction of rational methods of work with documents. At present, Internet technology is not only bringing humanity to the universal availability of information or information resources, but also determine the further development of the whole society.
