Abstract
Розглянуто проблемні аспекти правового регулювання господарсько-виробничих відносин договірного характеру, які виникають, існують і припиняються в мережі Інтернет. На основі аналізу українського законодавства та європейського досвіду правового забезпечення відносин у сфері електронної комерції запропоновано ряд рекомендацій, спрямованих на оптимізацію й удосконалення правового регулювання господарських відносин у межах національного сегменту електронної комерції В2В.
