DOMINANTS OF FISCAL POLICY OF STEADY LOCAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
In the article the concept of fiscal policy is investigational and priorities of providing of steady local development are found out. Aims and instruments of realization of fiscal policy at local level and factors of influence are certain on a regional increase. On results the executed research the basic dominants of fiscal policy are reasonable harmonious combination of that will allow maximally to provide regional development. The algorithm of influence of fiscal policy is offered on local development on the basis of her dominants that envisage combination of interests of public budgetary policy with satisfaction of public necessities of region
