ГРОШОВО-КРЕДИТНА ПОЛІТИКА: ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ЗМІСТУ ТА ТЕНДЕНЦІЙ ЗМІНИ

Abstract
У статті досліджуються зміст та аспекти реалізації грошово-кредитної політики у сучасних умовах. Аналізуються підходи до визначення поняття «грошово-кредитна політика». Виявлено, що всі існуючі підходи до визначення грошово-кредитної політики відрізняються за формулюванням мети, об’єкту та суб’єкту грошово-кредитної політики. Проводиться огляд інструментів реалізації грошово-кредитної політики. Охарактеризовано режими здійснення грошово-кредитної політики. Узагальнюються основні сильні та слабкі сторони режимів монетарного таргетування (таргетування грошових агрегатів), таргетування обмінного курсу (курсове, валютне регулювання) та інфляційного таргетування. Аналізуються етапи еволюційного розвитку грошово-кредитної політики України. Вивчаються основні напрями грошово-кредитної політики України на середньострокову перспективу.
