ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ІНСТРУМЕНТІВ АНТИКРИЗОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ МАШИНОБУДУВАННЯ

Abstract

A. Cherep, V. Korzhenevskaia. A study of economic instruments for crisis management in mechanical engineering enterprises. In article investigated and generalized the existing economic instruments of crisis management in enterprises. The authors justified the need and importance of using economic instruments of crisis management to implement effective management in engineering enterprises. The article considers the essence of the model V. Beaver, determined its main advantages and disadvantages, and the practical application of the model on the example of domestic mechanical engineeringenterprises. It is proved that in case of crisis at the enterprises, or high probability of its occurrence, it is mandatory to conduct a deep diagnostic activity to determine level of crisis, the analysis the main causes of the crisis, as well as forecast future losses. The authors focused on the use of key performance indicators express diagnostics of activity the mechanical engineering enterprises with the purpose of early detection and prevention the crisis. In the proposed system of indicators introduced the ratio of permanent capital to productive assets, allowing the management process to consider and analyze the company's provision of available resources and increase the efficiency of their usage. On the basis of the entered into the system express-diagnostics activity of the mechanical engineering enterprises the ratio of permanent capital to productive assets the proposed deterministic factor model of sufficient permanent capital to provide companies with productive assets that can improve their economic sustainability through managing the process of placing their own working capital and long-term sources of funds in the productive assets. The article analyzes the state of the domestic machine-building enterprises with the help of the proposed system of key indicators and the proposed set of anti-crisis measures to mitigate the impact of the crisis and exit from crisis situations for each of them.
