ПРОЦЕС ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ СТРУКТУРИ КАПІТАЛУ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract
V. Valikov, V. Bondar, K. Bazikeva, I. Кyrinna. The process of capital optimization of industrial enterprise structure. The analysis of concept of capital of industrial enterprise structure is conducted in the article. Certainly, that equity or all forms of property asset, that is used by an enterprise, can come forward as a property asset. Next conceptions of optimization were distinguished to capital of enterprise : traditional conception of capital structure; conception of indifference of capital structure; compromise conception of capital structure; conception of contradiction of interests in relation to forming of capital structure. Traditional conception provides for that for realization of process of optimization of capital structure on an enterprise, it is needed to take into account that the different constituents of capital have a different cost. She is based on a statement, that the cost of loan capital is always considerably less. Conception of indifference of capital structure provides for that during realization of process of optimization of capital structure directly a capital of enterprise structure renders substantial influence neither on the average cost of capital nor on maximization of his market value. Compromise conception consists in correlation of level of profitableness and risks from the use of capital, that determined by certain terms and are used in the process of optimization of capital of enterprise structure by the achievement of compromise decision. But conception of contradiction of interests of forming of capital structure is based on that proprietors, managers, creditors and investors of enterprise, have a different level of awareness in relation to the process of management by the subject of menage, and in particular by his capital and have different interests in relation to the use of capital of enterprise.
