Дослідження термометричного матеріалу Ti1-xYxNiSn

Abstract
The electron energy state, magnetic and transport characteristics of of thermometric materials Ti1-xYxNiSn were investigated in the T80¸400 K temperature range and at charge carriers concentration from Y 9,5 1019 NA×сm-3 ( x 0,005 )ч1,9 ×1021 сm-3 ( x 0,10 ) and H 10 kGs. The material Ti1-xYxNiSn is sensitive to the temperature change and could be used as the basis for the sensitive thermoelectric devices.
