Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the experience of the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal system in the field of legal regulation of labor procedural legal relations is considered and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined. It is stressed that the experience outlined in the article of the countries should become an important step towards improving the domestic procedural labor legislation in general and the corresponding legal relations in particular.
