Abstract
Results of approbation of engineering of manufacture of water as component of master’s program are presented in this work. On concrete examples it is shown that engineering the approach is effective and useful to a higher educational institution and for the enterprise on which students take place practice. It helps formation at students of critical and independent thinking, ability to collective work, ability explanatory and to prove the decisions. It is offered to pay more attention to preparation of the documents necessary for real introduction of innovations (production schedules, instructions etc.), and also to increase quantity of hours for practice of the masters at the enterprise. It will promote growth of professional competence of masters
