Doświadczenie konwersji przez studentów Wydziału Aktorskiego Akademii Teatralnej w Warszawie. Wpływ instytucji edukacyjnych.

Abstract
Praca monograficzna poświęcona problematyce transformacji tożsamości w kontekście instytucjonalnym, w odniesieniu do studentów wydziału aktorskiego i do ich przejścia przez bardzo specyficzną instytucję, jaką jest szkoła teatralna. Autorka pokazuje jak strukturalne aspekty studiowania aktorstwa (sama szkoła, ludzie tam pracujący, wytwarzający klimat i kulturę organizacyjną tego miejsca) wiążą się z aspektami subiektywnymi, warunkując wytwarzanie określonej autoidentyfikacji. Autorka pragnęła uchwycić doświadczany przez studentów wpływ instytucji na ich własne życie i autodefinicje oraz uzyskać obraz ich edukacyjnej kariery.
