Abstract

This article is the third part of the research De la ciudad prometeica a la ciudad proteica, where was a reflection on public art, the need to rethink this notion and therefore redefine what is meant by public art. Thus, in this section we note that the public is merely a relational dimension, which shows that the monstrous city has never been able to hide. To show both the visual material as some poetic writings provided by the ITM student, Andrés Mejía Arango is used.
