Duality in the preparation of specialists in the field of culture: pro at contra

Abstract

The purpose of the study to highlight the results of empirical study of the implementation details of the dual preparation system of specialists in the field of culture. Methodology. The selection of the actual material was based on general scientific methods of polling, analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization; the statistical method, method of objectivity was used in examining the level of interest of respondents in the dual approach to studying. In the process of presenting the main provisions of the article were used system-structural, statistical-analytical, comparative and descriptive methods. Scientific novelty. The article clarifies the essence of the dual system of education, presents the main tendencies of its implementation in Ukraine, and identifies the components of the duality of preparation of spe- cialists in the field of culture. Also were presented the results of the implementation of this dual educational system for preparation of students of the specialty 029 ''Informational, librarian and archival science'' of bachelor and master educa- tional degrees. Discovered its benefits for both: students and organizations, institutions of higher education of the state. Conclusions. Were determined the factors of implementation of the dual system in preparation of specialists of the spe- cialty 029 ''Informational, librarian and archival science'' of educational degrees, bachelor and master.
