Duality of concept of labour and salary of geologists

Abstract
The features of labour and theoretical going are examined near determination of essence of remuneration of labour of the hired personnel of enterprises, her essence is grounded as to the resource of exchange facilities of family finances with the use of duality of interpretations. According to the needs and resources concept of economic geology, with the application of duality of a geological enterprise hired personnel labour interpretation (natural and value), it is necessary to interpret it as a category: natural: application by the employee of physical and mental labor resources for production and life needs; value: creation of values using physical or mental resources by the employee in the process of performing exploratory and research work for the needs of a geological enterprise, that is, the side of a geological enterprise, including income received by it for the exploratory and research work, part of which it gives to the employee; social: living resource of the employee, which they receive in value and natural form for performing labor duties under a contract of employment from the enterprise, that is, the side of the source of income of households as a resource of exchange means of family budgets; state: cost resource in the form of deductions for filling with funds the state budget, monetary funds.
