DYNAMICS ANALYSIS OF A TWO-MODULE HYBRID PARALLEL MANIPULATOR
Journal Title: ROMANIAN JOURNAL OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES - APPLIED MECHANICS - Year 2014, Vol 59, Issue 3
Abstract
Recursive matrix relations for dynamics analysis of a spatial two-module hybrid parallel manipulator are established in this paper. Knowing the relative motions of the moving platforms, the inverse dynamics problem is solved based on a set of recursive explicit equations of parallel robots dynamics. Finally, compact results and graphs of simulation for the input forces and powers of six actuators are obtained.

THE OPTIMIZATION OF FULL BAND-GAPS IN MULTILAYER FILMS
The multilayer films are consisted of alternating layers of material with different mechanical properties, following a triadic Cantor sequence. The extremely low thresholds for subharmonic generation of ultrasonic waves...
A VIRTUAL INTERNAL BOND MODEL FOR HYSTERETIC MEDIA
In this paper, the properties of the hysteretic media are investigated via the virtual internal bond model (VIB) derived from the hyperelasticity with the integration of the 6–12 Lennard-Jones atomic interacting potentia...
HYSTERESIS IN THE SHAPE MEMORY ALLOYS
This paper discusses the hysteretic behaviour of a shape memory strip under uniaxial tension. The generalized play hysteresis operator is coupled with the exponential evolution law of 1D constitutive model of the shape m...
THE POTENTIAL OF THE 3-UPU TOPOLOGY FOR TRANSLATIONAL PARALLEL MANIPULATORS AND A PROCEDURE TO SELECT THE BEST ARCHITECTURE FOR A GIVEN TASK
The 3-UPU three degrees of freedom fully parallel manipulator, where U and P are for universal and prismatic pair respectively, is a very well known manipulator that can provide the platform with three degrees of freedom...
