Dynamics of senior preschool age children’s physical state under influence of the classes with priority use of track and field means

Abstract
The results of studying 5–6 year old children’s physical state in the process of conducting forming experiment are presented in the article. 276 children aged 5–6 years took part in the experiment (experimental and control groups consisted of 138 people). According to the results of the conducted ascertaining experiment a «low» level of children’s physical state has been determined. It was found out that after application of physical education using innovative technologies of track and field means, the indices of preschoolers’ in experimental groups have statistically reliable changes, as a result the level of their physical state has improved to the index «above average». Conducted researches indicate positive influence of the elaborated methodology on preschoolers’ physical state.
