Journal Title: Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Studies - Year 2023, Vol 6, Issue 09

Abstract

In a global context characterized by a digital revolution, digitalization is a growing worldwide phenomenon of the computerization and digitization of the objects or public services that surround us, our professions, or our activities. Digitization offers fast, efficient services that optimize time and costs, reduce regional and social inequalities, and enhance transparency and integrity. It also enables effective and efficient management of public services through access to information, simplification of administrative procedures, and improved relations between the public administration and citizens. In this context, Morocco sees digital technology as a necessary tool for the development of public administration, especially in light of the latest health crisis, which is accelerating the digital transformation of public administration. The aim of this article is therefore to highlight the position of digital administration in terms of digital evolution at the national level and to clarify the prospects for digital development in the Kingdom.
