«E-LEARNING» AS AN INNOVATIVE METHOD FOR TRAINING FUTURE WATER TRANSPORT SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The article describes e-learning as an innovative method for the training of water transport specialists. Describes its importance as an auxiliary and inalienable tool for training in higher and vocational education institutions not only in Ukraine but also in the world.The article states that in recent years, e-learning has become an integral part of the educational process in higher education institutions and is used in all forms of education. Using e-learning can improve the quality of education by using current global educational resources and, moreover, they use the elements of e-learning and distance education.E-learning is considered from the point of view of the use of e-learning tools for different learning purposes, ranging from additional functions in regular classes to the complete replacement of direct meetings at an online meeting, namely: - the use of electronic technologies to provide educational and training programs; - education through all electronic media; - training on the basis of information and communication technologies (ICT) for the pedagogical interaction of students and curricula, using access to the Internet. The author of the article notes that modern pedagogical technologies, and to a greater extent, e-learning technologies for future water transport specialists, are person-oriented and are aimed at the development of individual student skills.The article outlines the benefits of using e-learning in the training of future water transport professionals, the benefits of using e-learning for instructors trained by future water transport specialists, as well as benefits for the administration of the Academy (University).
