Ecological and legal culture as an important element to be provided in pre- venting corruption criminality in the sphere of environmental protection

Abstract
The attention is drawn to the fact that corruption destroys social ground in order to ensure environmental protection. All questions related to the protection of nature, including the spread of corruption in it, shall be the subject of special attention not only from the part of any state or international community, but individual either. It is noted that one of the condi- tions for successful combating criminal corruption in the sphere of environment protection is careful attitude of every citizen to the environment and prevention to resolve environmental problems through corruption. Due to changes in anti-corruption criminal legislation it is stated that punishment plays a significant role in combating corruption crime in the field of environmental protection, but there should not exaggerate its role. It is proved that measures to increase the level of envi- ronmental legal anti-corruption culture shall be carried out not by a certain period and con- sistently. Since it forms the personality of respectful attitude to environmental conservation and acts as a counter to the commission of corruption offenses in the environmental field. In order to ecological and legal education gives a real moral and legal anti-corruption effect while its implementation do not ignore the “golden rule”, the essence of which do not do to others what you do not wish for yourself. This usually indicates a short path to charity (law- abiding) and appropriate behavior in the field of environmental protection. It is proved that ecological and legal anti-corruption culture legal of individual will help to strength the role of the environmental component to socio-economic development of our country. It is noted that one of the factors leads to the lack of a proper level of individual environ- mental legal anti-corruption culture that is lacking in preparing a person to discharge his responsibilities to the environment. In practice is often ignored the fact of bringing corruption offenders accountable for similar corruption in environmental protection in the past while appointing a person to occupy the post.
