Abstract
The article deals with environmental and legal issues of protection and use and international cooperation of transboundary water resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Central Asia. In particular, the legal regulation of relations is being analyzed, the development of the cooperation norm of transboundary water resources, as well as a theoretical and practical proposal for the legal improvement of this institution.
