ECONOMIC AND LEGAL CONCEPT OF THE GROUP COMPANIES

Abstract
The article explores the essence of the concept of «group of companies». Now at the legislative level of Ukraine there is no clear definition of the concept of the group, but European legislation and scholars singled out the concept of the group. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and practical literature, we propose our own definition of the term «group companies».
