ECONOMIC AND LEGAL POLICY OF THE STATE REGARDING SMALL BUSINESS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal policy of the state regarding the situation and development of small business in Ukraine, considered the importance of small business to the economy of the country, established shortcomings of the legal framework and those legal relations that are left out of view of legal regulation, identified a number of existing economic and legal problems, suggest ways of improvement and modernization of the state policy, legal mechanisms for its implementation. As part of the article put forward proposals implementing the best practices of proper and effective regulation of the legal status of small business in other countries. Based on the analysis, within the framework of this article, proposals have been put forward to improve the regulatory framework, as well as detail the competence of the authorities, to improve the legal regulation of small businesses.
