ECONOMIC AND LEGAL REGULATIONS OF THE PROVISION OF SERVICES OF FINANCIAL LEASING

Abstract
The article is devoted to actual problems of financial leasing in Ukraine. The author carries out research of the essence and legal regulation of activity of subjects of providing of leasing services in Ukraine and in the EU. The article offers proposals on promising directions of reforming and improving the national legal acts in the field of financial leasing in order to eliminate legal conflicts and bring them in line with the legislation of the European Union.
