ECONOMIC AND PRODUCTION EVALUATION OF TWO METHODS OF PERMANENT GRASSLAND RENOVATION OF THE USE OF LEGUME-GRASS MIXTURES IN THE CONDITION OF ORGANIC FARMING

Abstract
The aim of the research was compare in the condition of organic farming production and economical evaluation of two methods of permanent grassland renovation (after ploughing and after surface top shaking of the topsoil to a depth of 5 cm and statement which of the 3 legumes-grass mixtures would be most useful for restoration of permanent grassland under test conditions. The studied factors investigated were: 2 ways of permanent grassland renovation use: A – after plowing + harvesting of mixtures with seed drill, B – after compact harrow. The second factor was the 3 legumes-grass mixtures: Krasula + 3.5 kg/ ha white clover cv. Romena, Cent 4 and the author’s mixture. Renovation of permanent grassland using the simplified method of the compact harrow (Object B) has produced more produtive and economical effects reasons than full-soil tillage (Object A). Obtaining similar economic and production evaluation parameters for the comparable bean and grass mixtures indicates their suitability for restoration of green use under the test conditions. Fertilizer and fuel costs accounted for a total of 84.1-86.9% of direct costs for feed production.<br/><br/>
