Economic aspects of national aging

Abstract
This demographic process is accompanied by changes in the profiles of macroeconomic deformations, new technologies, changes in labor models and social norms that are difficult to predict and plan for societies. This can lead to unforeseen socio-economic problems for present and future generations. This article analyzes the economic aspects of aging of the nation, identifies problems, and ways to prevent this process. The authors have researched and presented statistical data, investigated aspects and causes and isolated the effects of the aging process of the nation, which resulted in the creation of an author's algorithm and the concept of "successful aging". The authors state that the process of aging of the nation should be considered as a complex problem with a number of factors of economic, social, demographic and only such a systematic approach to solving this phenomenon will allow multivariate research and solving this problem.
