Economic Effectiveness of enterprises privatised through 'employee leasing' in the Lubelskie Voivodship

Abstract
Present results of research on the assessment of economic eff ectiveness of enterprises privatised through 'employee leasing' in the Lubelskie Voivodoship is the main objective of this article. Th e essence of economic eff ectiveness and way of measuring economic effectiveness (eff ectiveness measure) are presented in the article. Also in the article shows the most important research, with particular regard to the level of economic eff ectiveness of enterprises privatised through 'employee leasing' in the Lubelskie Voivodoship.
