Abstract

The estimation of efficiency of application of means of training in educational process has the important theoretical and practical value not only for expedient planning and the organisation of process of training, but also for management of activity of pupils, creation of corresponding training and supervising programs. Definition of efficiency of means should be considered as a finding of effective forms of training at application of means, Economic efficienc – the major indicator and a condition for expediency of training with use of means (in this case the labware). Considering potential possibilities of application ТМТ in economic efficiency system, usually allocate liberation of real technics and the equipment, employees for training process, namely: power consumption and fuel decrease, reduction of deterioration of mechanisms and number of breakages, economy of a wage fund, reduction of expenses by maintenance service, etc. Thus it is necessary to notice, that conditional annual economic benefit basically can be considerable enough. So, for example, application of a training apparatus for training of experts in management of power units has given annual economic benefit to 100 thousand hryvnias. (2010-2014 years of working out and skilled check in educational process). Application of a training apparatus for training of navigators with 2013 for 2016 has brought conditional economic benefit about 166 thousand hryvnias. It is necessary to notice, however, that definition of economic efficiency of means of training is carried out for the present without enough deep scientific substantiation. The existing technique of definition of economic efficiency of use in an economy of new technics does not consider specificity and features of creation and use of means in educational process and consequently cannot serve to the full as a typical technique for definition of economic efficiency of training with use of means.
