ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF BEER PRODUCTION AND LOW ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WITH ADDITION OF VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS

Abstract

The calculation of economic efficiency from the production of developed beer and semi-finished products for low-alcoholic beverages is given. The cost price, the generalized quality index for the selected parameters of beer and semi-finished product for low-alcohol drinks with the addition of plant raw materials is calculated. The competitiveness of new beverages has been analyzed, and the effectiveness of their introduction into production has been estimated.
