ECONOMIC SECURITY AS AN INDICATOR OF EFFECTIVE CONTROLLING OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with the main problems of ensuring economic safety of the enterprise as a factor of modern corporate governance. The essence and requirements for the formation of enterprise security are also analyzed. Practical recommendations for improving their success are given. Definition of economic security in terms of modern corporate governance.
