Economic security of business organizations and entrepreneurship concepts

Abstract

Entrepreneurial behavior are both a determinant and result of the entrepreneurial attitudes– however, entrepreneurial behavior are easier to be developed actively in an organizationalenvironment than entrepreneurial attitudes. There can be observed a differentiated approach to definingand interpreting the categories of an entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in scientific literature,what determines a lack of precision in a terminology. However, a broad spectrum of definitions supportsidentification of the elements of the economic security concept in enterprises – on the base ofan analysis of entrepreneurial behavior. A particular role, in terms of creating an economic security,plays the intrapreneurship, which is responsible for stimulating the inherent potential in a businessunit primarily.
