Economics of agricultural industry of Ukraine: "the resource curse"

Abstract
The article defines the concept of the effect "the resource curse" and the reasons for its development. The negative consequences and factors of this effect were investigated, and the existence of the effect "the resource curse" in a number of OPEC countries and Ukraine was discovered. The experience of countries that have avoided the negative impact of this effect has been studied and an economic policy has been developed to prevent its manifestation.
